+ Do you have a retail store?

Yes, we have a Factory Direct store located as below.

+Is it safe to make credit card payments on your website?
The SKM Website uses SSL Encryption and all payments are processed by the eWay Payment Gateway which is tier-one PCI DSS compliant. This means Eway adheres to the highest security standards set by Visa and MasterCard. EWAY guarantees that customer and credit card data is secured by military-grade software and encrypted by Ingrian devices to offer the highest level of protection possible.

+ What is the waiting time for my item?

Typically, if something is not in stock the waiting time is currently an estimated time of 10 – 15 weeks. However, if something is from stock we would be able to organise the pick up of the item in the same week or delivery at the earliest time possible.

+ What types of materials do you make your furniture in?

It depends on which product you want, couches we can make in Bonded leather, Genuine leather or Italian Leather. For beds, we can make it in Fabric (velvet etc) or Genuine Leather. TV units or coffee tables in material would most likely be PVC with some in MDF, solid wood or natural marble.

+ I see a price range on your website, what does that mean?

If you click further, you can see that we do have different options of materials and so the price would be in accordance with the material or any other specifications listed in the drop-down boxes.

+ Do I need to pay the full price of the product I am buying?

You don’t need to pay the full price if you are placing an order for something as it would only be a 30% deposit. If you are proceeding with lay-buy the minimum amount would be $150. If you were to get something on the same day or within 3 days of the delivery time scheduled then we would require full payment.

+ Do you do any finance?

Yes! We do Humm, Afterpay, ZIP Pay, and Latitude Pay. Alternatively, you can even proceed with Laybuy or place an order with a repayment plan organized by one of our friendly team members.

+ Do you do any lay-buy?

Yes! Laybuy for up to 1 year!

+ Can I pay later but receive my item now?

Unfortunately, we are unable to release any goods without the full payment being made.

+ Do you make quotes if I am unsure of buying something?

Absolutely! For no extra cost or hassle, we can simply make you a quote for you to take home.
